Custom styling and planning rates start at $500.00 (with the exception of our glamping packages).
Full service events start at $75 per hour (on-site).
A 50% non-refundable setup and decorating deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Planning starts as soon as your deposit is received and the funds are used towards preparing for your event.
In the event that you decide to cancel for any reason (up to and including current restrictions related to Covid-19), please note that refunds will not be processed. Rescheduling is available, if you choose to move your event to another date.
Custom requests are subject to additional fees.
Bookings must be made within at least 4 weeks prior to your requested event date.
Expedited bookings are subject to a rush fee.
Final guest count is needed 2 weeks prior to your event date.
Final payment is due when we arrive to setup your event.
Each tent setup requires 4ft in width, 8ft in length and 5 ft in height.
If less than 4 tents are needed, base pricing does not decrease.
