Planning, Design, Setup and Event Timeline

8 - 12 weeks prior to the event
- 1 hour consultation (Non-refundable planning / design fee of $500 due at first consultation)
- Invitations ready 2 weeks after the design is finalized by the client 4 weeks prior to the event
- 1 hour consultation at party venue (Non-refundable decor and design fee due at the second consultation)


The week of the event

- Non-refundable setup fee of $500 due 7 days prior
- Large installs completed 24 hours prior (no additional fee for setup time)
- Rentals and large equipment are delivered to the venue
The day of the event
- Arrival 2 hours prior to setup the party
- Guest greeting / free time (first 30 minutes)
- Kids are seated for lunch (30 minutes after start time)
- Crafts / Activities (1.5 hours)

- Cake cutting (30 minutes)
- Gift Opening / Free time (1 hour)


- Cleanup (1 hour)
