All setups are custom curated for each event.
In the event that you decide to cancel for any reason (up to and including current restrictions related to Covid-19), please note that refunds will not be processed. Rescheduling is available, if you choose to move your event to another date.
Custom requests are subject to additional fees.
Reservations must be made within at least 4 weeks prior to your requested event date.
Expedited bookings are subject to a rush fee.
Each tent setup requires 4ft in width, 8ft in length and 5 ft in height.
If less than 6 tents are needed, base pricing does not decrease.
Final guest count is needed two weeks prior to your event date. In the event that the guest count increases after the two week deadline, availability is not guaranteed. Additional tent requests after this date will be subject to additional fees.
Final payment is due one week prior to your event.
Please ensure that you have read and understood all of the above and measured the desired event space prior to placing any orders.

Pricing may vary depending on length, quantity or special requests.
- Local delivery within 20 miles of Middletown, DE and 3+ hours of setup (no additional fees will be charged if the setup runs over the estimated time). Additional travel fees apply to areas outside of the 20 mile radius.
