Booking Process
STEP ONE: Fill out the booking form below.
STEP TWO: We will email you an invoice based on your inquiry selections (please check your spam and / or junk folders). We can discuss the details, add enhancements etc... Once everything is finalized, you can sign the contract and make the security deposit or payment in full to reserve your date.
STEP THREE: Our team will reach out within 3 days prior to your event, to schedule a delivery or pickup time.
STEP FOUR (DELIVERY ONLY): The Heist crew will arrive to set up your rental. Please ensure that the entry and setup space is clear of all debris, sharp objects, grass clippings and animal waste.
STEP FIVE: The Heist Crew returns to make everything disappear!
STEP SIX (RENTAL ONLY): Rentals can be picked up in Bear, DE on Friday and are due back by Monday.
